There are four primary things you can do to achieve this:
- Have a Physical Location for your business, which you can claim as your location
- You need to register with Google Business along with a physical verification. Similarly, you have to register your physical location on Bing or Apple also.
- Have you heard of Schema.org? You have to add your business location to this Schema and add as a visible address on your website. Adding location in SEO title of a page is also a good idea if the business serves mostly local clients.
- Similar to regular SEO strategy, use On-page and Off-page for local SEO also and add backlinks and social media to improve visits from the local clients.
You can take these steps and make sure that your business appears in all local searches. It has a great effect on your ranking of your specific web pages in local search and having a user engagement with people in your locality.
